K2 S1 CNY Celebration 26
On 16 Feb 2026, Cedan Kindergarten joyfully celebrated Chinese New Year! Our children came dressed in festive shades of red, symbolizing good luck and prosperity. They played traditional games, enjoyed festive snacks and exchanged warm well wishes with one another.
The children also took part in creative Chinese New Year craft activities to mark the occasion. The celebration was filled with laughter as everyone sang and danced to cheerful Chinese New Year songs they had learned. It was truly a wonderful time ushering in the Year of the Horse together. Happy Chinese New Year to all!
CNY Lion Dance 26 - Cedan Kindergarten
On 16 February 2026, Cedan Kindergarten joyfully celebrated Chinese New Year with a vibrant Lion Dance performance to usher in the Year of the Horse. The lively drums, energetic movements and colourful lions created an atmosphere of excitement and festive cheer across our school. The Lion Dance, a traditional symbol of good luck and prosperity, brought blessings of happiness, success, and good fortune to our school community. Our students watched in delight and experienced the rich cultural heritage behind this meaningful celebration. As we welcome the Year of the Horse, we wish all our parents, students, and staff an auspicious year ahead — may it be a year of strength, vitality, perseverance and galloping success!
City Sprout Field Trip 26 K2 (S1 & S2)
On 13 May 2026, our children enjoyed a meaningful learning journey at City Sprouts @ Henderson, where they explored plants, farm animals, composting, aquaponics, and biodiversity. They also took part in a hands-on Seed Bomb Making activity and brought home a mini planted pot to continue their learning about caring for nature.
